Below is a System Diagram of the CowCatcher 3000. The CowCatcher 3000 is an electric fence charger that can be powered by a 12v battery or a solar panel or both. The CowCatcher 3000 has a built-in microprocessor that controls the pulse frequency of the fence and also monitors the current. The microprocessor then sends a signal using a 433MHz transmitter to communicate to a receiver at a remote location up to 100ft. away. The receiver is connected to another microprocessor that receives the information and determines which indicator lights to turn on. The End User can then determine if the CowCatcher 3000 is operating correctly or not without having to go out to the unit.
